The Art Loss Register is probably one of the most prominent art loss registers available in the market. The services offered are registration of lost and stolen art, registering a possession and search of their database of lost and stolen art.
- Interpol Stolen Works of Art
Interpol gives a short overview of the most recently stolen objects. To search their complete Works of Art Database registration is required.
- National Stolen Art File Search
The National Stolen Art File (NSAF) is a database of stolen art and cultural property. Stolen objects are submitted for entry to the NSAF by law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad.
- Cultural Plunder by the Einsatzstab Reichsleiter Rosenberg: Database of Art Objects at the Jeu de Paume
This database brings together for the first time in searchable illustrated form the remaining registration cards and photographs produced by the ERR covering more than 20,000 art objects taken from Jews in German-occupied France and, to a lesser extent, in Belgium. Searchable by individual objects and by the owners from whom these objects were taken, the database is a detailed record of a small but important part of the vast seizure of cultural property that was integral to the Holocaust.
- Central Registry of Information of Looted Cultural Property 1933-1945
A fully searchable database with 25,000 looted artworks from over 12 countries including Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Germany and Hungary.
- Lost Art Internet Database
The Lost Art Database is run by the Koordinierungsstelle Magdeburg, Germany’s central office for the documentation of lost cultural property. It was set up jointly by the Government and the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany and registers cultural objects which as a result of persecution under the Nazi dictatorship and the Second World War were relocated, moved or seized, especially from Jewish owners.

This Belgian initiative aims to assist the police in Belgium and elsewhere in the recovery and return of stolen antiques.

- Missing and Stolen Maps Database
This developing database is one of many efforts in the fight against international thefts of cultural property. This is free of charge, fully searchable, international in scope, and accessible using individual usernames and passwords. The title was selected to indicate that not all the reported items are necessarily stolen, as there are other factors that may, at times, result in the disappearance of these valuable historical documents.

This database is for books reported stolen after 15th June 2010. Books reported before this date are, for technical reasons, listed with minimal detail. For fuller information about these items please contact your local ILAB dealer or National Association or ILAB direct.
